David Gottfried is an attorney whose radicalism grows by leaps and bounds every time he walks into the sacred precincts of a New York State or Federal Court. David has a long association with the Left dating back to his snotty, precocious childhood when he was one of George McGovern’s first supporters, carried on through his early adulthood by his participation in some not so peaceful demonstrations against inaction on AIDS and continuing today as he idolizes Rachel Maddow and has conniptions over Rush Limbaugh. David is a gay man who loves the Rolling Stones and detests Barbara Streisand and Bette Midler. I am one of the more interesting people I have met in my life if I may say so.
I knew an ignorant woman, a self-described devotee of Sarah Palin and the Tea Party, who contended that we had to assume a fierce and aggressive stance against the “Muslim world” lest they destroy the West.
